In addition to the upcoming release of the all-black "Net" Air Jordan 4, Jordan Brand has another women's exclusive colorway of the sneaker hitting retailers soon. Dubbed "Abundance," the brand confirms this new iteration of Michael Jordan's fourth signature shoe pays tribute to the "attitude and grind that the next generation of greats bring to every move they make-both on and off the court.

Nike’s willingness to pay Jordan’s fines was intended to be a marketing plan to sell the sneaker that was crowded with controversy. And the plan worked: Nike had expected to sell 100,000 pairs of the Air Jordan 1 in its first year—but instead "sold 1.5 million pairs in the first six weeks alone," say Jordan reps.

Jordan Brand, for their part, knows what they have with the Bred and they always have. The shoe only comes back around every seven or eight years or so. We last saw it back in 2016, an instant sell-out affair that still fetches some pretty ridiculous prices on resale platforms.
