本研究针对传统全背阔肌皮瓣(ld)与肌保留背阔肌皮瓣(msld)在即刻乳房重建(ibr)中的并发症差异展开回顾性分析。通过77例患者数据对比发现，msld组住院时间显著缩短(or=0.99,p<0.001)，供区血清肿发生率更低(or=0.004,p=0.013)，但需更多脂肪填充(or=3.78)。该研究为优化自体乳房重建术式选择提供了循证依据。
