本研究针对蓝藻生产可降解聚合物聚羟基丁酸酯(phb)的传统检测方法耗时且污染环境的问题，创新性地开发了基于透射电镜(tem)图像处理和傅里叶变换红外光谱(ftir)的定量分析技术。研究实现了phb颗粒的自动化识别（相关系数>0.65）和快速光谱检测（r2=0.96），为生物塑料工业化生产提供了高效监测方案。
