Abstract: This article proposes gain-enhanced circular patch antenna and array with introduction of multiple shorting pins. The antenna consists of a circular patch and several shorting pins.

Abstract: Compact, high-power, and broad-spectral coverage terahertz sources have application prospects in diverse scientific and technological fields, which attract great interest from researchers.
