按照日本《胰腺癌处理规约》，胰腺钩突定义为：自胰头左下方突出、位于肠系膜上动静脉后方的钩状突起［1］。因解剖深在、暴露困难，钩突的处理成为胰腺手术的难点，尤其是钩突部胰腺癌，容易出现手术切缘阳性、淋巴结清扫不彻底、预后差［2］，因此，手术技术要求更高。
