Vatchel Younger, of Roxbury, was the first person to win $2 million in the lottery’s new “ $2,000,000 Diamond Cashword ” scratch ticket game. The $10 game was released on Jan. 7, and still has four $2 million prizes remaining to be claimed as of Feb. 24.

Prosecutors could try to seize the winnings, and the victims face arrest if they attempt to turn in the ticket.
