2006年4月8日 · Re: routing =45' 45 will give better output in manufacturing process.....if we use 90 routing ....it will cause breaking of traces when eatching of board with solution...in order to avoid the problems we usually go for 45 degree no more problem with 90 degree routing .In high speed design we usually use some other angels.....

2007年11月2日 · Hi, i have tried to draw 45 degree route many times but every time drc is not clearing the route, it gives some sort of grid errors every time,, please help. but however DRC passes it only with the width of 0.24u.

2011年6月22日 · Tha advatages of using 45 deg corners are the layout tends to look neater. You can fit more traces into tight spaces. And most importantly Engineers like them, it does not matter one iota whether electricly they are a problem or not, the engineer is the design autority for a PCB so it pays to keep him.her/them happy.

2016年1月28日 · 45 degree routing is optimal when you have space constraints. You can pack more tacks in the same space. If you have space, use arcs. Arcs radiate less signal compared to the 90 degree or 45 degree tracks. For small signals, the difference may not be much but for power RF, ARC is the choice.

2006年12月26日 · re: rotation angle in altium You can't rotate symbols to odd angles because you would throw the pins off grid. You can place lines at any angle, and wires at 45deg angles.

2004年7月17日 · I think arc rpouting is always better as it provides uniform trach width but it also takes lot of space so generally in high speed board 45 degree routing is done as there is a limit on the space available for routing . For Analog signals arc routing should be done as much as possible. Regards, Ricky

2011年4月30日 · Dear All, I need to plot the slant +45 degree , -45 degree polarization in HFSS. I got two ports which are excited to slant +45 polarization and -45 polarization of the patch. How can I set up the HFSS to plot co(+45) and cross polarization(-45) in H plane ? Thanks a lot !! Andy
