2011年12月8日 · TJ was 12.5 when we lost him and he didn't have a grey hair on him. Kya has been grey ever since she was about 4. I think it just depends on your dog and it's genetics. Some people grey early and others don't seem to until later in life. Same thing with dogs.

2010年12月13日 · You wouldn't see stress-related grey within a week. Chances are it's just normal greying--as the others said, some dogs will start turning grey as early as 1 year of age--it's mostly genetic. If it were stress, you'd see behavioral changes long before grey hair.

2008年7月19日 · Beagles must start early. Zeus started to go grey at 7, but he was black/silver so it really showed, but blended with the rest of his coat, he had a big white seagull on his chest too. He was 11 before he really looked distinguished.

2013年4月21日 · I met a 4 yr old gsd today. He was beautiful and adopted from a local shelter. His muzzle was solid grey. My 14 year old is barely as grey as this boy is. So I wonder at what age did your dogs go grey? 4 seems mighty young. I got my cat from the shelter and they told me he was two years old. The vet said more like 6 or 7.
