The reason the endo looks like it's just an animatronic could be because it's Glamrock Bonnie's. See, when William got out of the FNaF 3 Springtrap suit and put on the Scraptrap suit, you barely see any robot parts if at all, meaning Vanny probably rebuilt Burntrap with Glamrock Bonnie's endo, and maybe parts of his shell too, which explains why Bonnie is missing.
