Also know that an Unusual's Effect is only one of many underlying factors that go into determining an Unusual's overall tier, desirability, and (most importantly) it's value.

Unusual miscs are currently: All-class: Virtual Viewfinder, Antlers, Polar Pullover Soldier: Exquisite Rack. Of course there's also unusuals with equip regions other than hats- Noh Mercy, Bonk Boy, and the Blighted Beak all come to mind.
