2007年3月24日 · I do skull crushers, extentions with the rope, dips, ect. but my tri's are still not what I want them to be. the ratio of tricep to bicep that I want is 2:1 and I am like 3:2 or 2:2 look at my pics and tell me what you think. any exercise tips would be apriciated.

2015年4月8日 · I've been following a basic 3x week full-body lifting routine.... from some posters and other programs (including Blaha's ICF) i've been doing 3 sets of 5 reps for the major movements (bench, press, squats, etc.) and 2 sets of 8 reps for assistance stuff (bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc.)..
