How can I check e.g. in the Settings or Control Panel whether Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) is supported? I plan to purchase a third party stylus pen that uses MPP to work with this laptop.

Of late Window Pen and Window Ink program keeps taking precedent over my Wacom drivers and I have to constantly reset my Wacom tablet settings to NOT USE Windows Ink. I just want to get rid of this overbearing unusable program!!!!!

It comes up as my primary display but I want my original Dell monitor to be primary, then use the other for drawing only.
