It looks like 3 white rectangles taking up the whole screen with numbers 1, 2, and 3. The rectangles for 1 and 3 are thinner than the 2 which is a larger rectangle in the middle.

Whwn I hold down the SHIFT and 2 key on my keyboard, it suppossed to make the @ sign right It doesnt.. instead it makes this " (a paranthesis). Same with Shift and 3 keyboard, it makes a slash instead of the usual number sign.

I have tried disabling my shift key, cleaning the shift keys, removing my external keyboard, checking for virus, uninstalling keyboard drivers (i cant completely disable my laptop keyboard since it contains my power button) etc. Almost every solution under the sun.
